Lost & Found at STEIM

October 18th, 2013 8:30 pm

Lost & Found is a night of stray sounds and images. Artists, musicians and writers present work in progress, experiment or present work that doesn’t fit into their oeuvre (yet). A specific and unique stage for diverse and hybrid works which don’t fit comfortably into galleries or museums.

The program is compiled by Alma Mathijsen, Julia van Mourik and Yeb Wiersma from received and selected material. With a video app making people unrecognizable using face detection technology, invitations to fashion shows, the inventor of the flexible straw, Palmbomen analyzes a track live, and more.
