During ADE 2018 Steim presents the workshop:
Advanced analog modular synthesizer patching
- You are familiar with analog synth basics but want to get more out of your system?
- How can I make a regenerative sound system?
- How can I create controlled randomness?
You own a modular synth system but have problems unlocking all its potential. This workshop will help you gaining more knowledge and getting inspired by the vast amount of possibilities.
You may even bring your own modular system, if you do let us know.
In this workshop Frank Baldé will teach you advanced sound synthesis using an analog synthesizer. We assume that you have the basic knowledge of subtractive analog synthesis and own a hardware synth yourself. Of course you will also have time to play with a machine, so don’t forget to bring some recording device and a pair of headphones!
