Alex Nowitz has won the 1st prize of the ECPNM competition at ISCM in Gothenburg

Alex Nowitz, a frequent STEIM residency guest, won the 1st prize of the European Competition for Live-Electronics Music Projects at ISCM in Gothenburg with his new piece MINOTAURUS, For Amplified Voice And Live Electronics With Gestural Controllers. Alex developed his instrument at STEIM during the last two years, and is currently in the process of developing phase 2 together with STEIM.
